Jadyn Covington is an artist out of DC with her creativity in multiple mediums, some you may not have heard of. Starting with simple doodles in middle school, she moved on to watercolor on canvas and character designs in sketchbooks. She eventually found herself in the Museum Studies Department at Duke Ellington. She has worked on several mosaic pieces, including the “Grandmother’s Love” piece, Black Hill-Germantown and J. P. Morgan Chase Silver Spring. Recommended by one of the lead designers, she found her place in the artistic network of AOB.
